I was told she’d be able to clean the UGGs boots completely I showed her the stains but she refused to try to clean them again. I asked but she didn’t make any effort to make it right. I would not recommend this dry cleaner and I will not go back for their services!

Don’t trust these people who manage this business; they are shockingly dishonest and will take no responsibility if they can’t find the items you have left for repair. I deposited three pairs of shoes on July 31, 2021; when I returned mid-October to pick them up with the ticket, the shoes were missing. The manager argued he was not there at that time and came back on October 1 from a sick leave. They have no ethics, no professionalism. They won’t take responsibility for the loss and compensate you.

Polite, friendly, thoroughly professional and reliable. Also very reasonable in price, for both tailoring and dry cleaning. Highly recommended.
