Truly spectacular experience! We came home to find that our A/C system had failed and our house was boiling hot. I called Redding's this morning and they were able to send out a technician (Mike B.) first thing. Mike B. quickly diagnosed the problem (the blower fan was broken) and ordered a new part, being careful not to overpromise on delivery time. Neal, who handles parts for Redding's, was miraculously able to procure the part the very same day, and Mike B. was able to come back that afternoon to install it. Mike K did excellent work rerouting and rebuilding basement plumbing and repairing a loose toilet. He took the time to explain his work, taught me some maintenance that I could do on my own, and alerted me to a potential long term issue with the 100+ year old plumbing in my home. I will definitely call Reeding's again if I need more plumbing.
