“Truly spectacular experience! We came home to find that our A/C system had failed and our house was boiling hot. I called Redding's this morning and they were able to send out a technician (Mike B.) first thing. Mike B. quickly diagnosed the problem (the blower fan was broken) and ordered a new part, being careful not to overpromise on delivery time. Neal, who handles parts for Redding's, was miraculously able to procure the part the very same day, and Mike B. was able to come back that afternoon to install it. Redding's exceptional service spared us from potentially having to suffer from weeks of our home being uninhabitable due to A/C failure (not to mention associated hotel costs, dog boarding, etc). This was the best experience I've had with an A/C contractor in the multiple decades I've lived in Princeton -- really amazing.“
