Highly recommend. We suffered water damage to our dining room ceiling. Cornerstone was recommended to us by USAA and they did not disappoint. The office staff is courteous and helpful. Everyone was patient and knowledgeable as we worked through the process. Peter came out and inspected our home and explained the process. He stayed in constant contact. Eilleen was flexible and communitive as we worked out payments since everything happened so fast. Hopefully nothing more will happen to our home but, if it does, we will call back to Cornerstone.
After a sewage leak in our finished basement Greg and his team at Cornerstone were a pleasure to work with and made the process so easy. His office staff was so helpful with all of our questions and responded quickly. His team was so friendly and got the work done quickly and efficiently. They truly deserve 10 stars!
I recently had work done in my home by Cornerstone and could not be more pleased by their work. The whole process was professional and first rate. The initial meeting for estimate was what I expected, work to be done was explained to me, timing and who would be at my home to perform the work. Kris and Lucas arrived exactly on time each day, explained what work would be done and by what time. They exceeded by expectations they cleaned up each day, explained what they did and provided suggestions as to how I could use the work area each. Great experience and definitely would use Cornerstone Apprisal & Restoration again.
