Unfortunately, I cannot say anything about their work and my satisfaction, because I never was able to experience it.I have been communicating with Edgar for about 2 months back and forth. It seems that the company is overwhelmed with existing customers and is still trying to get new ones. I don’t understand why not to say up front that “we are overbooked and do not taking new customers”. Instead, they are not saying this, but want to get more and more people on board. Unfortunately, getting more customers on board means that they have to deliver the service, which in this case was non existent.I was trying to reach, call, send messages. Great work from this team! The prices are reasonable, the team is friendly and professional, and my lawn always looks great after a visit from them. They have been caring for my lawn for a couple of years, I highly recommend!
