Kalin & Alex were here on time. They understood what needed to be done. They immediately went to work and had 4 jobs completed within 2 hours. They were polite, competent, and a pleasure to deal with. I will hire Smart Service Construction again for handyman work.

This is my first time working with Smart Service construction, and I am very pleased with the outcome. They were easy to communicate, they arrived when they said they would and perform the services exactly as explained to me ahead of time. Denys is a Godsend!!! First he deep-cleaned our 20 year old BBQ grill, literally making it work like new! I was ready to throw it away, but he suggested cleaning first - including unclogging all the little holes where the flames come out - and he fixed the starter button so it starts automatically. Now we have even flames on all 4 burners, no flare-ups, and great grilling!
