My son started at PAMA since Kindergartner. The training has been so great for his physical and mental wellbeing. I recently paid for a group session for my daughter and nieces to get them ready for college. I think it is priceless in getting them prepared for the real world.
The instructors here are nice and encouraging and the class is very friendly and helpful. This academy is great for everyone, even beginners, as teachers and fellow students can answer questions and provide help. Highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to learn or practice all kinds of martial arts.
