Can I give less than one star? I decided to give them a second chance after they double charged me (making me pay when I already had). I brought them my dogs king size down comforter. It had stains and I told them FOUR TIMES I didn't care if the stains came out. I just wanted it cleaned so it wasn't damp and smelly. They kept talking about the stains. Then they said there were holes and feathers coming out. However they couldn't show me the holes and it wasn't feathers...it was my white labs fur!! Come to think of it im not sure why I kept trying to give them bsns. They were do rude and kept talking (in front of me, and probably about me) in a different language...read full review

We used this store twice. Not satisfied. They are nice people, but quality is not good. First time, we had a dry clean of a man's suits. They ironed the collar too much; it became so smooth and even made it shining. They had to spray some liquid to get rid of the shine. The second time we altered a gown at a high price. They cut one side longer and one side shorter. They did not admit and said the original length was not even. After they showed us the piece they cut, they admitted they didn't cut it evenly. They had to adjust it without another charge. It is still not even but better than before. We are afraid that they will cut it too short and we do not let them make additional change. I gave three stars is because they did try to correct the issues and they are nice people.
