Umprofessional owner at the business likes to insult members of the community. Take your business somewhere professional. The business is being run from someone's home not worth the time.
He sure is a friendly outgoing person! And ultimately, the work that his carpenter-builders did was very good and his prices were very fair. Disputes were resolved fairly evenly - he gives and takes nicely. . But don't expect him to micro-manage or ensure your construction is going well. That's for other folks to do . . .and if they don't, he won't know or even care. The PM he put on our job was clearly not up to the task, and it became our problem not "John August Schumacher's".
