This has been my experience training Thaiboxing for almost 2 years in the adult classes.Really knowledgeable coaches. Produced a lot of successful amateur fighters. Their training equipments are really safe and worth the price. HeadCoach Mike understands the sports and the street fight aspect. He is stern but humble and funny person. The atmosphere is very safe. Senior students really want their juniors to improve. Everyone is humble and disciplined. Prices are inexpensive and their seminars include a lot of current successful fighters such as Superbon from OneFC and coaches. Hardwork is greatly appreciated.It is worth training in this place.
Dr. Deitch is a highly skilled and knowledgeable chiropractor that I have been with. He genuinely cares for his patients and his diagnosis is very thorough and spot on. Has definitely helped me manage my pain and overall get better. The office is also patient friendly and the wait time is minimal. Can’t recommend him enough?

I’m so glad my dad found Donna for my wedding because she was such a wonderful dance instructor! She choreographed my first dance and my father daughter dance as well as helped my parents and in laws practice their dance together! Not only is Donna so patient and understanding that dance doesn’t come naturally to everyone, but she was a lot of fun to learn from and practice with!
It’s definitely a very constructive class. The owner Mr.Harris is very passionate about the class and so are the other coaches . There is excellence in the kind of attention and learning they provide to the students (especially to the toddlers as it’s hard to get them to focus). The coaches are very patient with the kids and tackle them very well.its commendable to see their teacher to student ratio. Mr. Nelson is another very skilled trainer and is amazing with kids. I would definitely recommend LMA to all the parents, especially to the parents of toddlers (3+). My son is learning discipline and enjoys the class. Kudos to the LMA team!!
