“It’s normal to feel anxious when a company or person new to you starts working to fix something on your property. I did which is why I am writing this review. I called a company called NextGen to fix two leaking skylights on my roof. A previous company has misinstallded them and they were leaking badly with each rainfall. The NextGen service representative , Ken Duci, came and was so open. So helpful, that I immediately trusted him. He and his workers took one day to remove the skylights which I had bought new but which had been damaged. Ken and NextGen did a fine and fastidious job and while I felt completely satisfied, they promised to come back immediately if I should have any problems. I doubt very much that I will have problems , although I regret than I won’t see them again until I need any other work done. “Recently we had a sinkhole develop in our backyard. It turned out to be a long ago iron septic tank which had rusted to the point of the ground sinking. The owner, Fabio, took on the job of removing the tank. Then filling the eight foot deep hole with crushed stone and topped it off with dirt and topsoil. The job was done well. The yard was cleaned up. It was a pleasure working with IPRO. I highly recommend them.“

“John came out to do work on my chimney. He was professional and considerate of the areas he worked were protected from the pipe mess. He provided me with recommendations on replacing some of the galvanized that is exposed to the elements.I was happy how he kept me informed for an appointment timeframe. I had two other companies contact me, one never called back and the other person promised to show two days in a row and never did. He left the area as if he was never here.I will have John back to replace the pipes we discussed and keep my chimney clean. Great Job.“
