The receptionists are incredibly rude have been bringing my children here for 6 years and have always been meet with an attitude no matter what the conversation is about. I held my tongue for years but recently we moved and getting their records sent to the new dr has been aggravating and they consistently talk to me like I'm stupid.

The office staff is unfriendly, often seen scowling and talking about patients, it seriously looks like an audition for the movie “Mean Girls”! The receptionist demands an insurance card without greeting. Furthermore, the office manager doesn't respond to emails nor does she address any issues.The final straw for me was when my 1-year-old had trouble breathing, and they said no appointments were available!!! Then I inquired about her blood work and no one called to discuss it, so I then asked for a copy and it was illegible. It’s unfortunate but after only a few months we’re leaving this practice. My baby was unable to get her 15 month shots at her well visit today due to being on a steroid for a shrimp allergy from last night and we were informed by the doctor to schedule them for 2 weeks from now. We waited about 10 minutes while the woman in front of us was being taken care of and 4 other staff members ignored us including the person who just finished helping someone. When we approached her she had put her back to us, had her foot up on the desk and was texting.
