I always come here when my dr is not available which on short notice with an emergency not requiring the ER is most of the time! The people in this place are so caring from the front desk(👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼to you all) to the Drs and medical assistants(👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼). So kind and knowledgeable, too! They never rush you! They listen and most of all make you feel comfortable even though you’re there because something is wrong and you are in pain! I come out of there feeling like I had a huge group hug! My favorite place of all the surrounding urgent care places. Thank you so much for your medical expertise and your kindness!
They were very professional and compassionate with my 11 year old daughter who had a fractured wrist . And the wait time was fast.
Had an emergency with my 10 year old daughter today. She waited in the car while I went in to register her. As soon as reception heard why we were there they took action by getting a room ready immediately. They had me go and get her from the car right away. The doctor and nurses were INCREDIBLE. Kind, gentle and very caring. Their bedside manner, skills and teamwork were EXCELLENT! They were thorough and took their time and they kept asking her if she was ok and reassuring her. I HIGHLY recommend them in an emergency situation. Thank you to all the ladies involved today. You are appreciated! SD West Milford
