Each session, they locate my tight areas and give me therapy to increase my mobility. They have located weaknesses and prescribe movements to give me a more aligned balance. My sessions are one on with with a therapist, not an assistant. This is PT as it should be. Both therapists seem genuinely concerned that I get the results I want, and their approach is working. I feel more agile than I have in years and my running form has improved making me more efficient.“

My son was becoming less interested in sports and overall exercise because he felt that he ‘couldn’t do it’. After years of going to numerous orthopedic specialists, physical therapists, and athletic team coaches, I decided to try a personal trainer. I chose Studio Wellth & Fitness because the LIET program seemed like it might be a good solution and a new approach. I was hopeful, but never did I imagine what Coach Rich would be capable accomplishing of in such a short period of time after becoming a client. On the first visit Coach Rich immediately narrowed in on exercises that would target specific areas of the body to improve my sons game and make him stronger. Coach Rich uses exercise equipment in dynamic ways to zero in on specific parts of the body, all the while not straining any muscles because Coach Rich is constantly adjusting and monitoring my sons form to be sure that every training is both meaningful and safe. Coach Rich has enhanced my son’s ability to excel in sports, has made him more agile, and grow in overall core strength. If this wasn’t enough, Coach Rich encourages a whole body mindset with good nutrition, and a never quit attitude. My son is now physically stronger, excited to work out, and learning valuable life lessons about perseverance, consistency and confidence. I could not thank Coach Rich and Studio Wellth & Fitness enough for what Max has gained from training.“
