We recently used Purple Iris for our daughter's wedding. The flowers were beautiful. I found Patricia very hard to work with. Every phone call and email needed to be followed up to get a response. During our final meeting with her she took three phone calls from her kids because they wanted to know what was for dinner. As I said, her work was great, but I wish I had known this before. In speaking with others, mine was not a unique situation.
