“Alborn did our paver patio about three years ago and it is gorgeous!!! After having two kids, we needed to add a sitting wall/ledge around it. We also wanted to do a walkway from the front of our home to the back. When we called Alborn, they were booked out for months (because they are great lol). We decided to use another company, and it was a BIG MISTAKE!!!!! They did a bad job and ruined the original patio. Our retaining wall was actually starting to fall down ?. Jeff came back out and we hired Alborn to fix the bad job. It looks beautiful again. Jeff and his guys completely fixed the issue, while keeping our budget in mind. They are the best! “We had an old pergola, near our pool, with wisteria growing on it that was extremely hard to maintain. Bob came up with a plan for a new structure which was a little bigger than the old one. They demolished the old one and removed the wisteria (which wasn’t easy) and built us a beautiful pavilion which exceeded our expectations by far. “I had just moved in to the neighborhood and never had a sprinkler system before so I did not know that it had to be winterized. Well In beginning of January I started calling around when I realized that needed to happen and all the other ones (at least 4) were telling me they were closed for the season. Not Jim though, he offered to come over that day and did. He was a life saver and he was happy to help. Also his price for the visit was more than fair. “I called this company the day before our huge snow storm. They were one of the only landscaping companies that were giving snow removal services for residences. I was actually nervous that I wouldn't hear from them once the snow fell, but they got in touch Sunday morning to ask if we needed to be dug out. I was so happy they were coming, and they got here, and my landlord happened to also have someone doing their property. They never informed me, in fact, it's in my lease that I have to clean my unit's property myself. It seemed like they had told this company not to do our unit because they were told to. It was a huge, huge mix up but I really would rather have paid this company to do it simply because they trekked out here after the snow. I felt horrible and asked if I could at least Venmo them some gas money, but no one ever responded. Either way, these are stand up people and I wouldn't ever hesitate to use them if I needed anything regarding landscaping done.“
