Very bad. They did my floors 6 years ago and we had to kick them off the job. The stain was uneven because they used different colours, they made a large hole in my wall and didn't tell me. Sheer incompetence. I left this review before, looks like it has been deleted.

Same as other review when brought in for estimate he says we can do it. Brought in 2 young guys one was so bad he took them off the job. The was a rimm that was slightly higher than the main room so a few aubdlooring planks were needed to even it out, well he went right over it with the vinyl floor there is a huge dip from one room to the other with nothing underneath. He told me it will settle there's nothing underneath to settle on. There are divits and dips when u walk on the floor, everywhere! They broke a door and just left it without telling me. They left there lunch in the bags with the flooring I had to take out and recycle. Made me order tooany boxes of flooring...read full review

Our experience with Floors by Ed was nothing but horrible once they began work. He came out to give us a quote and discussed his plan for repairing and refinishing our hardwood floors, and then sent other people to do the work who did nothing even close to what he had told us he would do. There was a spot that needed repairing and instead of weaving the wood in as proposed, they made what looked like a trap door. They also used a different color of wood and didn’t bother to even attempt to stain it to match before applying several coats of varnish to everything.
