Took my almost 4 year old here for a haircut. Michelle was so good with her, and did a fantastic job! She was also able to get us in the same day. My daughter loves her hair cut and liked Michelle very much :). I would definitely recommend her!Service: Haircut

I needed a haircut for court the next day amd the lady who i usually go to in Toms River coouldnt get me in on short notice so after 2 other local places told me that they wouldnt to d me in until the next day i called here and woman told me to come in so i stopped in there and not only did she do an amazing job on my hair, she had me in and out of there in 10-15 mins. really nice lady too! Just told my dad to go there too actually lol PLUS the price was so good! she didnt even charge me 10 dollars for a great hair cut! needless to say she got a good tip :)

When looking for a hair cut without the full salon experience of fancy product, décor, ambiance, All Cuts provides a clean, accurate, hair cut for $8.00. The owner rents a large room for one chair and beautician. The chair is gently used and the room has an appearance of an unfinished store front. Since the cuts are $8.00, the cost is minimized and the customer is not charged for overhead. One gets a quick and decent cut (in and out) without sitting and waiting for the "extras".
