If I could give this company zero stars I would. We had them install an HVAC system five years ago and have had nothing but problems with the system and the management team (Rick). The system has never worked properly and they keep trying to put a band-aid on it rather that take the time to diagnose and fix the issue. The management team is condescending and unresponsive. Won't listen to customer concerns and always has a smart response as if their integrity is threatened.Took them four days to respond to a call and we have " a contract" with them to ensure better service,I very much regret using them to install our HVAC system and would not recommend to other potential...read full review
I purchased a new heating system from Richardson and the experience went flawlessly. The salesperson explained all the features and Beni fits of installing a carrier infinity system and I'm very pleased. I have saved at least 35% on my cooling and electric bills. I'm VERY VERY HAPPY!
