After our old water heater started leaking and showing signs of rust, we decided it was time to switch to a tankless system. After talking with Collin, he got us on the schedule right away. Luckily, he had the right tankless unit available and was able to install it all in just one day. We're really happy with how quickly hot water now reaches even the farthest bathroom in our house, and we never have to worry about running out. The new tankless heater also takes up way less space in the garage and is much more efficient than what we had before. When Anthony reached out and stopped by, he made us feel comfortable and confident in his skills. He first helped us with a float switch issue on our furnace, and later, when the old furnace started smelling bad during the winter, we decided it was time to replace it for safety. our hot water heater started leaking water in the evening, so i went online and reached out for help. within an hour, i got an email back asking about the details of my old heater. i sent the info and got a phone call early the next morning letting me know they had the right equipment ready. by mid-morning, the plumber truck pulled up at my place in pleasantville. collin and jamie were both friendly and worked really efficiently. by early afternoon, the whole job was finished and my garage was left super clean—couldn’t even tell they’d been there except now we have hot water again! really impressed with how smooth and quick everything went.
