Our AC has been down for 3 months now. Multiple technicians from unified air industries game by and each time the initial diagnostic was wrong. AC is still down, money has been spent and no one from the company is answering

Extremely knowledgeable and professional. We use Unified for our system commissioning for all our projects. Very knowledgeable and professional. You can always count on them to be onsite on time and prepared. We have moved to using them exclusively.

The last two technicians that came on site were very professional and knowledgeable. They clearly explained how our system worked and what needed to be done to improve performance. They changed all our filters and checked for problems. On the last visit the tech had to clean our condenser on the roof, which was included in our contract. He provided me with before and after photos on his phone to clearly demonstrate the need for the cleaning and how crystal clean he got the unit after the service. Both techs were in uniform and very courteous. I am pleased with how we have been treated so far.
