I found B&A on Groupon and purchased a “Three man-hours of deep house cleaning with two cleaners” voucher for $209.I emailed B&A on July 10 and instantly received an automated email saying that someone would be in contact with me.I decided to call B&A July 15 after getting no human response. My phone call lasted about 1 minuted. I was told to text them my name, address, and date that I want service. They told me over the phone that the date/time that I wanted was available. Took a livingsocial coupon for 2 hours, 2 man hours cleaning work. Really bad experience, didn't honor agreed schedule (resulted in me taking half day off go to waste). Tried to reschedule the appointment several times, but despite repeated assurance that it will be taken care of, no response. Very rude and very dissatisfied.

I got my place cleaned yesterday by B&A, and I was extremely happy with the service. Stephanie and Resiella did an amazing job! They were very friendly and even offered to do more as they were approaching the 2 hour mark. Thank you again, and I will be calling back soon ?
