He fixed a small issue for us without even charging for it or having our agreement for his quote (very fair and competitive) in writing. They took care of our covered patio area and matched the wood ceiling where our old skylights were removed. Changed parts of our roof with rotted plywood and added flashing that was never there from before. Any issues were addressed promptly and they finished the job in 1 day. “I originally hired Lamoureaux Contractors to replace my sub-floor. I had actually tried to rip out the sub-floor myself however, it ended up being too difficult as I found out later, it was glued and nailed to floor below it.

I was very impressed with, the owner (Andy). He did exceptional work throughout the entire process. When the floor had been ripped out he found some rotted wood that was part of the foundation that he had concerns about. He ended up replacing it at no extra cost to me.

I ended up hiring him again to replace my ceiling that wasn’t level and again he did exceptional work. I was very surprised how quality his work was considering how affordable he was compared to other quotes I had gotten. I would highly recommend Lamoureaux Contractors if you’re looking for a contractor. :)“
