Kelley Karpets runs a family owned business that stands behind their work. A+ operation all around. Don & Shawn are not only friendly and honest, but communicate with you throughout your entire project to make sure you’re happy with selections and then satisfied with the final product. I’ve been working with them for quite a few years and they are always responsive, caring & most importantly, consistent in the utmost quality of workmanship. Friendly, local to our area, price on materials comparable to others, but install better price, getting in stock faster, and no 3rd party installer. They came to the house within 30 minutes to measure. Love, love, love them.

They really came through for us after two messed up orders through Lowe's. Should have gone with them first and saved a lot of time and aggravation! They are terrific to deal with and the fantastic carpet was installed well. So happy!
