I love having Float Haven nearby so that I can enjoy float sessions and the infrared sauna. These therapies have been so helpful with psoriatic arthritis pain. I've also tried the salt room which helps as well!

This was a wonderful experience! Right after my float I noticed how relaxed my muscles felt. My intention was to treat my husband who suffers with chronic shoulder pain and within mins he was sound asleep. But l decided we would do a couples float and it was great! I already purchased a gift card for friends and I will definitely be back. The atmosphere is cozy and personal. They have 2 salt rooms, a sauna and offer massage services!!!

Float haven was easy to find and had detailed info on their website of what to expect for your first float. I was excited. The shower area and actual tank were great. Floating for an hour was very relaxing and a super cool experience. I’d definitely love to float again. I cannot give a five star experience due to the service. I was not shown the recovery room until I had to ask for lotion after my float/shower. I should have been shown the recovery room location and its amenities prior to being taken to my room.
