“COIT Restoration was called because we discovered wet carpeting in our basement family room. Steve showed up within one hour and quickly got to work. He discovered there was much more water infiltration than we originally thought. He carefully moved all the large furniture and began extracting the water. He removed all the damaged carpet padding and used his moisture meter on the drywall and luckily there is very little damage.
