Ms. Gallitelli took the time to explain everything and was willing to work out a plan with us. She did as stated she would do the next business day by forwarding the video and the invoice. She left a message saying call if there was a problem and what to look out for. The plumbing problem we had we thought it warrant immediate attention which it did not after being fixed by HOFF and Sons.
