Kassey is very thoughtful and detailed oriented about her art, and it shows from the moment you walk into her studio. My eyebrows can be a little problematic, and I was nervous about my first appointment, but Kassey explained what she was going to do to help me fix them, and made me fell comfortable and of course extremely happy with the results.
