I want to express my profound appreciation for the outstanding work carried out by Thomas and his team from Belfor on the repair of my basement.My basement was hit by a car, and there is a large hole in the above-ground portion. Some of the boards supporting the upper floor are also cracked. Replacements are needed, including an entire wall of siding. And there are also some cracks on the walls of the upper floors. So the project includes cleaning up the basement, replacing the exterior wall siding, patching the holes in the walls, painting the walls in the basement and the living room, and the basement floor.Thomas displayed remarkable dedication and professionalism...read full review

We recently had an issue with water coming down from our upstairs neighbors condo. Immediately we called our insurance company who called Belfor. The first person from Belfor that we had contact with was called Jack. He came in accessed the damage and immediately got a crew together to get the job done. Belfor came to our condo the same day and cut holes in our ceiling and set up fans so that we wouldn't have any mold as a result of the water damage. They were a very professional crew who worked quickly, efficiently and left the rooms spotless. The last guy out even got on his hands and knees to clean the floor! When it came time to patch up the holes we decided to go with Belfor again. They were so professional the first time that we figured we would go with them again.This time around we spoke to someone called Thomas. Thomas was very professional and got a crew in to fix the holes immediately. They were in my house for 2 days and made the ceiling and house look like nothing ever happened. They did a great job with the patchwork and even went above and beyond and fixed some other dings that they saw in the bathroom. Overall I am very pleased with the service provided to me by Belfor. Highly recommended!
