They were very diligent in communicating with me since I was not able to be home. They were kind enough to call me ahead ten or twenty minutes before they came to the house so I could get someone there. They are honest and truly worked hard to get the furnace fixed, coming several times in the intent to repair. But alas the universal part did not work and we had to wait for the part, once they came again the unit was fixed in ten minutes.
