if less than one was possible this company would receive a minus 50! They were hired via AHS - American Home Shield Warranty (another place to avoid). Delays and problems combined with a demand for "cash in hand" or cashiers/ certified check for payment before work. The work was not professionally done. NO REQUIRED PERMIT WAS FILED WITH THE STATE and Plumb Tech blamed every other professional or others for what didn't work!. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Came across Plumb Tech through my home owners warranty, in fact they were the second company since the first never even bother to call me back. They are on point! They were very diligent in communicating with me since I was not able to be home. They were kind enough to call me ahead ten or twenty minutes before they came to the house so I could get someone there. They are honest and truly worked hard to get the furnace fixed, coming several times in the intent to repair. But alas the universal part did not work and we had to wait for the part, once they came again the unit was fixed in ten minutes.
