Firstly, I had cavities filled and the cement was smeared over the outside of 3 of my teeth. It's hard and it's tearing the inside of my mouth up. Then I'm told I need two root canals and I've been calling multiple times FOR WEEKS with not ONE return call to me! What am I going to do? BEG for your lousy services and business? Nope--I'm OUT!!!

These ppl calling center is horrible so that mean no way of setting up appointments and they don’t even remind you that you have appointment. They just now call themselves today telling me about my children appointments that I didn’t even make .

I set up an appointment due to pain in a rear molar. They took an X-Ray and put in a numbing temporary filling. After 4 tries, the ??dentist?? actually got the filling in. The tooth needed to be removed so they, despite having my insurance information, referred my to a surgeon that did not take my insurance, I only found this out after driving 40 minutes to the surgeon that would have cost me about $1800 out of pocket. I have had 7 major surgeries and have never had a referral to a facility that did not take my insurance. This "dentist" is the equivalent of Jiffy Lube.
