BEWARE OF THIS BUSNIESS!
Without even verifying my copay or ins. information, she looking at my card and said your copay is $60 because I have High option plan. Then said no it's $80. I then ask well which one is it? She said $60. I paid then later called my insurance and they confirmed that my copay is $25 NOT $60.
I called them to let them know she then tried to tell me my insurance wasn't active and
oh they don't take my insurance (which is a lie) She won't let me speak. She was getting loud with me saying just wait till we processed the claim and then we will give you the money back and hung up on me!
MAKE SURE YOU VERIFY YOUR COPAY BRFORE GOING...read full review
Dr. Lua looked at my son’s back and tried to tell me what he had, but couldn’t pronounce it. I know that because she said “I don’t know how to say it”. She then looked at his leg, and said “I think that was a scar that he scratched”. When I said what’s your name, she told me, and then said, I’ll go get Dr. Li. I will never ever be returning to this office. There’s a bunch of quacks working there.
This place was weird and confusing. Dr Luo said she was getting authorization from the insurance company to remove a cyst from my son's scalp. When we came back for that appointment she said that we should have a plastic surgeon put him to sleep and do it. She said That the shots to numb it would "hurt very bad". What kind of dr says that? And he's an adult, he can handle the shots. We left after 60 seconds. I better make sure she doesn't try to bill insurance.
