I do not recommend Adaptive Dental at all to anyone. #1. Did not get the proper cleaning of my teeth, they did a 'fast assed job'. #2. Arrived for an appointment to find the office was being painted and no employees there. I did not get a phone call to tell me it would be closed. I have to pay for Uber to get me to places and this was money down the drain. Other people were also coming for appointments and they were just as upset as me. #3. I have had no problems in the past with having teeth extracted, and had one here. Was given double doses of whatever they use to numb the area, and still the nerve to the tooth was not affected by the injection. The doctor told me I needed to be sedated and referred me to a surgeon, to find out that surgeon wouldn't take my insurance, that I had to pay. I'm glad I called my insurance company asking for Dentist offices that take my coverage and glad I picked Aspen Dental in PA.

They do not honor price quotes given. I went for bridge work and they kept increasing the price. I ended up going to a different dentist to complete the work. The ladies in the office do not have a pleasant attitude.

If I could give zero stars for customer service I absolutely would. A couple of the ladies at the front desk are nasty and love to go back and forth with patients. Absolutely would NOT recommend coming here, find somewhere else.
