Jamil was excellent on all counts. He patiently explained the potential causes for the issue and walked me through the processes he would be using to solve the problem. He's a hard worker and did everything he could to help me; we need more people like Jamil. Ultimately, he did solve the problem which I am very thankful for. I wholeheartedly recommend Jamil.
My plumber, Erik, was knowledgeable and very efficient as he diagnosed a problem with my plumbing system. I will definitely be using Roto-Rooter again when the need arises and asking for Erik. He did an excellent job and I am very satisfied with his work.
The technician Justin was excellent. He not arrived early he fixed the leaking ( actually poaring water ) faucet under my kitchen sink so quick. I never had service so efficient.
