The tech was very polite and explained what he would do as we move forward .He showed me a picture of how clogged the pipe was. After he was done he showed me the before and after pictures. He also told me that they could send out someone with the camera to run through the pipe if I wanted to see how the pipe looked.
Our technician was great. Worked cleanly and efficiently and verified the blockage was cleared before leaving. Only complaint was he arrived later than the appt window without an update being sent.
