I came to the shop for my sons bag to be embroidered. The “boomer” that took the bag said come back on Tuesday. No receipt, no way for me to prove I dropped it off. So I took a picture of the man an the bag. I cam back on Tuesday and spoke to same “boomer”, he went to the back and it took him almost ten minutes to come back to tell me the bag will take 5minutes. I asked him why would it take 5minutes when I brought the bag in Friday? You didn’t tell what time to come. I was expecting it to be ready? What the point in keeping it all weekend? Instead of having an apologetic demeanor he instantly became defensive and nasty? Asked me if I wanted it done or not…...read full review

Customer service was horrible today. The woman that I spoke to was rude from the moment she spoke. I asked for details and a possible price quote. Her response was to make my questions quick because she didn't have time. She had a nasty attitude and seemed like helping me was a bother to her.This is not any way to treat a possible brand new client. I'll take my money elsewhereFix this.
