When is RITEWAY CLEANERS the WRONGWAY? When you pick up your laundered dress shirts that have buttons missing and a tear in shirt by the button down collar! If you pay top dollar for Polo Dress Shirts and want them to come back the way you dropped them off, find another cleaners. The owner actually had the gall to actually argue with me about the shirt. I now have a new dry cleaning service and I will spread the word about how BAD RITEWAY CLEANERS is.

NEVER USE THIS CLEANER. AWFUL !! LOST CLOTHES WE NEEDED FOR A WEDDING, THAT NIGHT THEN CHARGED US. The owner gave part of my husband's suit to another customer BUT he couldn't find it because they have no organized system, no computerized system. Crazy !! In the end they had the pants returned, after over 1 week. They never called us, they had our oh# but never called us when the found pants, we called them. In the end, he made me pay the bill for the dry cleaning. 1 suit, 2 shirts and 1 tie = $19.25. Seems expensive to me. I told him I should not have to pay for this, he said "you need to pay".
