My wife and I hired LA Design & Construction for home renovations - complete redoing of a bathroom, a new HVAC (split unit) system, painting, new light fixtures, and more. We were VERY happy with their work / services. They communicated clearly, the project managers were a pleasure to deal with, their budgets for materials were realistic, their interior designer was very helpful and patient, and they made sure our satisfaction was top priority. Any little thing that wasn't to our satisfaction was addressed in a timely manner. We were nervous about hiring a contractor, but they earned our trust for future work.
I joined Thunder Fitness about 3 weeks ago. I signed up to do the 6 week challenge. The challenge includes unlimited access to classes as well as a weekly meeting with a nutritionist. I’m only half way through and I had no idea how life changing this experience would be. If you’re like me and have struggled on and off with weight, if you’ve tried every faddy, toxic diet then you CANNOT unlearn dieting by yourself. It’s impossible. Over the past three weeks I’ve wanted to fall back into skipping meals, cutting out entire food groups, counting and weighing everything. But I haven’t and I’ve lost TEN lbs. TEN and my body is changing. The workouts are hard, but they’re 45 mins and if I can do it, you can. You don’t even have to think, you’re going to get a full body workout out that’s been designed to work all muscle groups, paving the way for a great shaped healthy body, little by little in a HEALTHY way. Even the workouts I was doing were WRONG. Lifting so heavy I could barely move after or hours of cardio. I also worked in a gym for 6 years, have been a member of every online bootcamp and in person fitness trend. It’s motivating to see the same group give or take most days, the instructors are insanely awesome (Tracey and Austin). The owner Jeremie is so great and honest. And lastly I need to talk about someone really cool. Pam! Pam is a nutritionist and trainer. In her classes she gives a mantra and a game changing tip. Today she talked about embracing the process, that we’ll get to our destination if we enjoy the journey. I really needed to hear that this morning, it completely changed my mind set. She’s taught me how to breathe when performing exercises… I didn’t know that breath work could propel a workout in such a way. Again I worked in a gym for 6 years and no one told me. I couldn’t do it alone. I thought I could. I respect Pam’s nutrition plan so much, for the first time I’m allowing myself to eat, I’m never hungry. I’ve spent my life being hungry. I really recommend this place with my whole heart! Thanks Thunder Fitness, I’ve been needing this knowledge and motivation since I was about 12 years old.
First I want to say I have been coming to Frank before he owned vintage when it was still starlight tattoo and he has always been super welcoming and a fun guy to be around. Always makes the tattoo experience fun and relaxed. He is a great artist and if you let him roll with his style you will get a great tattoo. I have nothing bad to say about him or anyone that he has ever had working with him.
I recently got to meet Mick and Mike both down to earth guys that want to give people awesome tattoos….i mean what else do you want? Something that sucks?
Vintage will forever be my go to spot for an awesome tattoo and just an all around chill vibe

Dr. Fliss, his wife, and his staff were fantastic! I was traveling and woke up with a terrible crick in my neck, I didn't know where to go, and the front desk staff at the Hilton Garden Inn referred me to Dr. Fliss. He got me in,and fixed me right up. If I lived in the area he would be MY chiropractor! Thanks again and when I'm in town, I'll stop in for another incredible adjustment.

Dr. Jay is the nicest man and anytime me or family members that I have referred have pain he is able to successfully fix the issue. He is reasonably priced and even sees children and babies! He has worked on both my newborn and my 4 year old.
We booked Facez for our 9/3/23 wedding at The Olde Mill Inn. Jackie, Leah and Janel were amazing and were magic makers for me plus my bridesmaids and mothers (10 of us total). Everyone loved their hair and make up and it stayed all night long! The girls were pleasant and so fun the whole morning! I am so happy that I booked them for my wedding day. I give them a 1000/10!

I would recommend anyone looking for trustworthy, hardworking, and competent service, that this is the company you need to work with. Mr. Zucker personally did my taxes and made it a very convenient experience done in a timely matter, as well as taking the time to help me with tax issues I had in the past working with a different firm at no cost. I’ll only do my taxes with them and if you’re reading this you’re going to want to do the same.

I love this nail salon!! Customer service is always amazing. Salon is nicely decorated, very clean and organized. You can do walk ins or make appointments. I’ve done both but I usually call to make sure they have availability. I usually do basic manicures and pedicures. I love my pedicure experience, my feet come out so pretty every time.
My son is two years old and Kimberly was his swim instructor at the FINS Swim Academy at Spa 23. This was his first time really experiencing swimming in a pool. Kimberly was patient and kind as she created engaging lessons teaching him different introductory swim skills in the pool. She taught him to over come his fear of the water, blowing bubbles, floating on his back, and many other skills. He loved going to swim lessons every week. I highly recommended Kimberly and Spa 23 FINS Swim Academy.
