Made a appointment to get a rodent removal assessment. The lady on the phone said Wed. 4/11/18, between 9am - 12pm. I took 1/2 a day off from work , losing pay. You guessed it, no call, no one showed up. So unprofessional! Do not waste your time with these people.

Lynn KirkHired this company earlier in the week. I was told they would come daily to check traps. Last night we spotted a skunk a trap and called the company immediately so they would put us first on the list this morning. 3 calls to the company later (12:00pm). we are now told all the techs are in a meeting until 3 PM and no one is available to deal with the skunk that has been in the trap since 10:00 pm last evening. Unacceptable service! Unhappy customer who needs the company to address this situation to redeem itself.
