They handled my grandmother's funeral...my aunts and uncles on both sides of my family...my father...and now my mother. John Ashcraft now runs the funeral home that his father ran. He was incredibly kind, patient, and considerate the entire time. He provided exactly the type of service we asked for. Granted, we didn't ask for much. We didn't provide a livestream video for those who weren't able to attend as I hear is sometimes done today. But the point is, I can't imagine working with anyone else. They have had frequent turnover in staff over my years with them (4 since my Father passed) but every employee has been nothing less than professional and capable.
