We had no idea what the cause was and feared the worst.<br><br>Rely diagnosed the simple issue and had fixed it in less than an hour and had all the necessary parts on hand. He quickly diagnosed the situation, told me what he could do (clear a terrible clog that was sending sewage back up into our house) and what he could not do (replace a pipe fixture that was compromised, but not in need of immediate replacement), and then had everything sorted out within another hour. He was professional, courteous, and clearly knows what he is doing. He is also former US military, which I appreciate and respect. The work is not cheap, BUT I think that is just the nature of this type of emergency service. I didn't have time to do any comparative pricing, but I believe that it is well within reasonable. “Here I really appreciate Mr. Plumber.My main drain was clogged and I brock one of two caps which is on the trap near the wall in basement. I have no knowledge how to take the broken cap off the trap; then I called Mr. Plumber, and I got very quick response. The gentleman over the phone encouraged me to buy tools from Homedepot and fix it by myself. And I did clean the clogs and reinstalled the new cap. Everything together only costed me about $30. “My house would be a block of ice if it wasn't for Dave. My pipes froze around [what is now known as] the blizzard of 2018. My heat was broken during that string of subzero temperatures, and I was in a bad spot. I called 2 other plumbers to get estimates, before calling Dave. When Dave got there, I could immediately tell that he was the guy I wanted to go with. He fixed 6 burst pipes over 2 days... One of which was during the actual blizzard - when any other plumber would have blamed the snow for a delay. I will never call anybody else. Trust me... This is the guy you want.“
