Through every stage of the planning process, Charla at Hinoki/Hill designs was professional, attentive, and flexible to our needs. She met with us in our home multiple times to review things we liked in order to come up with a design that excited us! She delivered exactly what she said she would - a quality design, expert detailed drawings for our contractor, and an easy -to-follow shopping list that made it oh so easy to acquire materials. When the contractor had questions, Charla responded quickly with practical answers that worked within our budget constraints. Charla is a wonderful designer. My family just bought a brand-new condo, and we are first time buyer. We found out there’s so many details we had to deal with. We were so confused with all the colors, and materials, and no idea what style we wanted. The first meeting with builder was exhausting, and every combination we chose was weird and we were not sure if that was what we wanted.Then we found Charla! And she helped a lot! The first thing she did was prepared so many pictures and helped us find the style we wanted, then worked with us to pick out all the things for the new home.
