I must give a HUGE shout out to Steve at Custom Cleaners in the Stop and Shop Shopping Center on Denow Rd. They always meet all my cleaning needs and do an excellent job, but this was above and beyond. I had gone in on Friday to pick up my husbands dry cleaning as he is leaving early Monday morning for a week long business trip. Steve, who always greets me by name, said it would be ready after 5:00pm and to come back. Well, the weekend started and all the obligations that come with it got underway. It wasn’t until 2:00am Saturday night/Sunday morning that I woke up and had a full-on panic attack realizing I never picked up my husbands cleaning. Plus, Custom Cleaners is closed on Sundays! 🤦♀️I needed to get in touch with Steve, so I used every means to do so. I sent messages to him through google, instagram, Facebook, and email. At 7:00am that Sunday morning I got a text from Steve saying he will get me my dry cleaning. Steve went out of his way, on his day off, taking time from family to get me my dry cleaning. He has earned a a loyal customer for life! I highly recommend you use Custom Cleaners for all you cleaning needs. Thank you Steve 😊
OMG! My husband just brought my communion dress home from Custom Cleaners! I was so nervous on where to take the dress to be cleaned! My daughter wants to wear it for her communion. The dress was hand made and over the years it had a stain and was turning yellow! The guy told me he couldn’t guarantee he could get all the yellow out, but he could get most out. Well he got it all out and the layers of lace are back to it’s original condition! I am over joyed at how amazing the dress looks and cannot wait until my daughter’s communion! I will be back to have the dress preserved! Thank You!
