“After being away from home for 1 week, my wife and I returned home on Saturday, 8/24/24 only to find that our air conditioning system was not working. I immediately called Reiner Group Inc and received a call back from the on-call serviceman, Ken, who arrived at my house within 30 minutes. He quickly diagnosed the problem. My a/c compressor needed to be replaced and he also recommended that the air handler be replaced because of its age. He said he would refer the problem to Rich Sellitto, HVAC Engineer. Rich emailed me early Monday morning and presented me with several options. I called him and spoke with him at length about the options and we agreed verbally what I should do. He sent me a revised contract which I carefully reviewed and signed.<br>On Tuesday, Rich came to my house early in the morning and sketched out a plan for the installation of the new air handler in the attic. We reviewed everything that was going to be done. He answered all of my questions. He took the signed contract back to the office to expedite the process. He arranged for Ivan, the Installation Supervisor, to come to my house on Wednesday to see what materials would be needed. He arranged for the installation of the new a/c system to be done on Thursday, 8/29/24. Five days from beginning to end! This would never have happened without the expertise of Rich Sellitto! “5 Stars All The Way ! Was highly recommended by a good friend and they exceeded my expectations! Water started coming out of my dishwasher onto my wooden kitchen floors . Being that the dishwasher is over 20 years old , I thought the problem was just the problem . The water just kept pouring out of the dishwasher . Let me tell you something I called Hodges and spoke to a lovely lady named Claudia who was so pleasant and professional and promised me a call back within the hour . She was a woman to her word called back actually in about 15 minutes and told me that a plumber named Tom would be there in 10 minutes !!! Ten minutes! Tom came to my door as promised in 10 minutes and addressed the problem effectively and efficiently! He was professional and honest and in this day and age it’s rare to find those qualities! I highly recommend Hodges and Sons and now won’t use anyone else !“

A man named Omar was dispatched to the property I needed assistance with and his response was extremely prompt, he told me he'd be there in an hour and a half and was there in an hour.
