Tariq was awesome! Showed up quickly, assessed the issue, worked on a solution for us and got us another unit FAST! Really appreciate everything Tariq and team have done for our home.
They guys at THVAC are life savers. A couple of weeks ago my heater stopped working. On a Sunday in the winter! The fact that the Mrs was 8 months pregnant had me in a little of a panic. THVAC replied to my message within the hour and showed up to my door step 2 hrs later on a Sunday. They applied a temporary fix while they ordered a part to be installed the next day. Fast forward a month down the line something else with wrong this time in a Saturday and the baby is already born and at home with us. No heat no hot water. Sent the guys a message and someone was here within the hour and they fixed the issue within minutes as a courtesy. Thank you THVAC! Will be recommending you guys to everyone I know.
Service was amazing! My heat went out this morning and they were able to respond within the hour! Completed the work and was up and running quickly. The service mechanic was very helpful with addressing any additional questions i had as well. Thanks!
