They get swamped because they are good, often taking clients in right away to work their magic. Customers report getting pin-straight hair from super-curly hair, with hair that reverts back to curls just fine after washing. They are good with kids and have some fire bundles for a decent price. Services include haircuts, wash and blow outs, and flat ironing after blowing it out. However, some clients report negative experiences with specific stylists. Another reported that stylists can burn hair to a crisp from heat damage, not knowing how to take care of ethnic hair, and may not properly cut hair for a trim.
