Made an appointment a day before & i showed up on time. I made an appointment at 11am & she wasn't here. I waited for 25min & she never arrived. I tried calling her but no answer. Waisted my time
My 10 year old daughter wanted her hair done. I was looking around the area for hair salons. And I read the reviews about Emilia's and Fabbiano I said let me give it a try. Well we where not Disappointment her hair came out exactly how she wanted to. Thank you Fabbiano.
I absolutely love Emilia, however Emilia is not prepared to do anything other than to wash and blow dry BLACK hair. Emilia has over permed my hair, and then cut my hair in a way that lacked understanding and training. Unfortunately she does not acknowledge this deficit, and behaves as though the culture differences hispanic and black Americans does not exist.
