I've gone here twice, once for a replacement lens, and then back to buy a new pair of glasses. The owner went out of his way to get my replacement lens to me the next day so I'd have it before the long weekend. He couldn't guarantee it because it had to be sent out, but he came through. I was so pleased with the service that I returned this year when I decided it was time for new glasses. He was very patient with me and helped me select the right frames. I love them! They were ready quickly and the price was very reasonable as well. I like that there were no gimmicks and expensive add-ons like the chain stores, just a straightforward price.
