I'm so thankful that my friend recommended Dr. Velasquez. Previously, I was treated by an optometrist, who never said anything about my having cataracts or dry eyes. Thanks to Dr. Velasquez these conditions were properly taken care of and I can now drive at night without difficulty seeing. She's very caring and very polite! Her staff are also very attentive and her office is very clean. It's like going to see family wherever I have an appointment. Thank you so much Natalie for being such a caring person! I highly recommend Dr. Velasquez! She truly makes every person feel comfortable and thoroughly explains treatment options and exams. She takes time with each patient to make sure you have the best outcome possible. The office staff really work with you and are patient. My family recommends Dr. Velasquez to everyone.

The bad reviews of this place are unwarranted. I was a first time patient today and I received nothing but the upmost care and respect from Natalie Velazquez and her team. I was initially impressed by their thorough cleaning protocols during Covid-19. As patients leave, they do a thorough job of sanitizing chairs, objects and equipment which I appreciated greatly. Their service was impeccable. I had an easy time with the front office staff getting my insurance sorted before the visit - as for the optometrist herself, she was fantastic.
